Exhibitor Application

All applicants must fill out an application, this does not guarantee a booth. Once approved exhibitors will receive an e-mail with payment information and the exhibitor contract.

Contracts and payments are due by June 1st,2022. 

(If turned in after the due date, you will be added to our waiting list)

Booth sizes are sold out! 8X8 ($25) and 8X16 ($40).

1. Deadline to register and pay is June 1st, 2022, limited space available.

2. Exhibitor setup is open July 16th starting at 7:00 am.

3. Booths must remain open until 5:30 pm event time. 

4. At this time exhibitors will be given 2 Tables for 8x8 and 3 for 8x16.

5. No refunds will be offered after the registration deadline.

6. Neither Final Boss Con, organizers nor the University of Rio Grande is responsible for injuries.

7. By registering for Final Boss Con you understand and agree to the above.
