Vendor Application

All applicants must fill out an application, this does not guarantee a booth. Once approved exhibitors will receive an e-mail with payment information and the exhibitor contract. Exhibitors should be gaming or pop-culture focused.

VENDOR RULES AND INFORMATION

1. Deadline to register and pay is June 1st, 2023, limited space available.

2. Vendor setup is open July 14th starting at 7:00 am.

3. Booths must remain open until 5:30 pm event time. 

4. At this time vendors will be given 2 Tables for 8x8 ($30) and 3 for 8x16 ($50).

5. No refunds will be offered after the registration deadline.

6. Neither Final Boss Con, organizers nor the University of Rio Grande is responsible for injuries.

7. By registering for Final Boss Con you understand and agree to the above.
